The questions we ask on this application form may make it seem like this is a course only for people with serious mental health problems. This is not the case. The principles of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction are relevant to everyone – whether you have been diagnosed with a mental health condition, or whether you simply would like to learn to manage stress better by living more in the present. We ask these questions to ensure your safety on the course and to make sure you have the right level of support.
