Deepening Your Practice
We offer a monthly Mindfulness Drop-in for those who have undertaken an eight week Mindfulness course. During these sessions we will meet to practice together, and discuss how our mindfulness journey is going in day to day life.
Meetings will take place in the St Cecelia Rm at Holy Trinity in Wimbledon on
Wednesday 4th April – 18:30-20:30
Wednesday 2nd May – 18:30-20:30
Wednesday 6th June – 18:30-20:30
There is no need to book your place, just come along if you would like to and are able.
The drop-ins will be run on a ‘Dana’ basis. Dana is the Pali word for generosity and those who attend these drop-ins are invited to contribute with as little, or as much as they feel able towards the cost of room hire, equipment etc, or if unable to contribute financially, perhaps in time / skills to help with the smooth running of the programme.
Meeting to practice together can be a wonderful way to sustain practice and be encouraged by others, so it would be wonderful to see you come along if you are able. These sessions are open to anyone who has completed an eight week Mindfulness course, so if you know of anyone who would like to attend, please do encourage them to come along.

The St Cecelia room is to the left-hand side of the Church Building, following the path along the garden to the back of the Church – There will be signs round the Church Building pointing you where to go.
Holy Trinity is approx a 10 min walk from Wimbledon Train and Underground station, around the same from South Wimbledon underground station and very near lots of local bus stops
Please note, that these sessions only for those who have completed an eight week MBSR or MBCT course (with Kind to Mind, or any other organisation). Please contact us if you would like details about our upcoming introductory sessions, or MBSR courses.

All Day Sessions
Those who have completed a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy or Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course with Kind to Mind, or any other organisation, are also warmly invited to come to any of our all day sessions. This is a mostly silent day to be led through Mindfulness practices, and enjoy a Mindful Lunch together. It can be a wonderful opportunity to really sink into your practice without the distraction of talking.
We don’t charge for these days, but participants are given the opportunity to make a donation if they wish of however much they are able to give.
